Join Teleperformance Portugal as a Content Moderator , and help make the internet a safer and more ethical space. Youll review and manage user-generated content on the leading short-video platform globally
Review and moderate flagged content in your native language
Identify and remove content violating ethical or legal standards (e.g. hate speech, cyberbullying, violence, extremism)
Support digital safety and content compliance across platforms
Work in shifts (24/7 rotation, 40 hours/week)
Youll receive a competitive monthly compensation package based on 22 working days, including:
Christmas allowance (paid monthly): 86.00
Holiday allowance (paid monthly): 86.00
Meal allowance: 154.00 per month (7/day, tax-free)
Apartment benefit (if company housing is provided): 200.00 (tax-free until Dec 2026)
️ Total gross monthly compensation:
With apartment: 1,620.50
Without apartment: 1,420.50
