Customer Service Representative

Come join the team in our busy and growing, independent insurance agency!

We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative that will oversee many day to day responsibilities that help our office run smoothly. Looking to fill approx. 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities include:

• Sorting paperwork and mail
• Using the company management system to file paperwork
• Completing requests for Certificates of Insurance
• Answering the phone and transferring calls as needed
• Assisting agents with policy endorsements
• Must be computer literate (MS Work, Outlook, Internet, etc.)
• We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude to the table as well as time management, problem solving, and organizational skills
• This employee needs to be a self starter who can handle multiple tasks at once without having to be told what to do
• We prefer someone who is P&C licensed, but if not licensed, we will help you get licensed
• It's a bonus if you can speak additional languages--Preferably Spanish!

Compensation: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
