Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, including those related to documentation and reporting.
Complete required training and assessments as mandated by state and local regulations.

Desired Skills and Qualities:

Cultural Awareness: Understanding of and respect for diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.
Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate challenges independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to Professional Growth: Take initiative for self-development and learning.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience working with families or in a school setting is a plus.
Ability to complete required background checks, including criminal and DMV screenings.
Valid New York State Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Additional Information:
This role involves regular visits to assigned schools (three days a week) and a remote location (two days a week).
Respect for confidentiality and adherence to all policies regarding privacy and security are essential.

Why Join Us?
We believe in the power of teamwork, innovation, and community. Our organization values integrity, inclusivity, and work/life balance. We are committed to maintaining a diverse workforce and creating an environment where every individual feels valued.
