Position Summary

The Grants Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the implementation of community-service grant-funded projects. This role works in close partnership with the Grant Manager, clinical leads, and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with grant objectives and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, communication, and evaluation skills, and be adept at using digital collaboration tools such as Salesforce and Slack. *Must Reside In Colorado*

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Support and participate in the planning of community-service grant-funded projects in collaboration with the Grant Manager and clinical leads.
  • Work-plan Management: Develop, manage, and regularly update project work-plans to align with grant timelines and internal project management systems.
  • Partner Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with internal grant project leads and collaborative partners at an established frequency to monitor progress, performance, and alignment with deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between project implementation teams and the grant management team, ensuring timely updates, feedback loops, and issue resolution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs); identify variances and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of KPI and grant objective progress using agency systems such as Salesforce and Slack.
  • Evaluation Systems: Design, implement, and manage an internal evaluation methodology for assessing the impact and effectiveness of grant programs.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify, document, and escalate project issues as they arise, even outside of routine reporting cycles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nonprofit Management, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, particularly in grant-funded or nonprofit environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with program evaluation and outcome tracking.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, especially Salesforce and Slack.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing health or human services grants.
  • Familiarity with federal or state grant compliance requirements.

Salary

Accepting applications for Colorado and New Mexico candidates

$68,000 - $80,600, DOE and geographical location
