What You'll Bring to the Table:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred).
Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales-related experience.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Drive and Motivation: A self-starter who is driven to perform at a high level.
Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Encompass knowledge a plus).
