Job Description

We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an International Kindergarten based in Chongqing’s Jiangbei district. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025.Job responsibilitiesTogether with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning ‐journey from Monday to Friday from 7:50am to 5:30pm. During this time, you will:Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 3-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environment while utilizing the Montessori frameworkLesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organizationUtilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children developmentCollaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in early childhood education or related field of study preferredTeaching certificate TEFL, TESOL or relevantRelated teaching experience preferred but not a mustExcellent English communicative skills Salary and benefitsMonthly salary of 20,000 RMB and is negotiable commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance Air-ticket allowanceMeals provided on working daysNational holidaysSummer and Winter holidays fully paidMedical health insuranceResidence and work permit sponsorship
