We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of litigation. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely while attending in-office meetings, trial preparations, and proceedings as needed. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in trial preparation, document management, and litigation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with attorneys on trial strategy and logistics.
• Manage discovery processes, including document review and e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity).
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Organize trial materials such as binders, exhibits, and evidence lists.
• Prepare witnesses and coordinate expert testimony.
• Track deadlines, court dates, and ensure procedural compliance.
• Conduct legal research and maintain case files.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience (state, federal, or administrative).
• Bachelor’s degree and/or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Proficiency in litigation software and case management tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Experience in hybrid or remote work environments is a plus.
