This plumbing management position earns a competitive salary of $70k-$100k per year, with incentives, depending on experience and abilities.

DAY-TO-DAY

As a Plumbing Supervisor, you directly contribute to our success by overseeing our company's daily plumbing operations and assisting your team with various tasks or projects/jobs. You would help our current plumbers excel at their work as well as recruit and hire new top-notch plumbers as needed. Always approachable, you provide technical support for your team, review their work, and provide appropriate training. Passionate about quality, safety, and customer service, you lead by example and inspire your team of plumbers to take pride in their work.

While you do spend a lot of time out in the field, you are also organized and keep on top of all your administrative duties. To ensure profitability, you monitor job costs, goals, and objectives. You control labor costs by eliminating unnecessary travel and non-productive time. Drawing on your knowledge about residential and commercial plumbing, you also create revenue generation strategies and assist the company in securing more high-valued services. It takes both your technical and people skills to excel in this position. You get great satisfaction out of ensuring quality, profitability, happy team members, and satisfied clients!

REQUIREMENTS FOR A PLUMBING SUPERVISOR

• 10+ years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing
• Applicable knowledge of code compliance, safety, quality control, business development, project management, and estimating
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
