We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) in the vibrant city of Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional patient care in an outpatient clinical setting, focusing on adult and geriatric medicine.

FLEX SCHEDULE

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care.
• Work collaboratively to unify business, operational, support, and clinical functions into a cohesive team.
• Emphasize preventive care and health improvement programs to enhance patient well-being.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• BC or BE
• NEW GRADS welcome to apply OR Minimum of 2 years of current experience in primary outpatient care.
• Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license.
• Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word/Excel) and Electronic Health Records systems.
• Strong communication skills, demonstrating compassion and flexibility.
• Experience with Epic systems is a plus, though not required.

This position offers a patient-first care model that supports a low daily patient census, allowing for the delivery of the “gold standard” in patient care. You will be supported by dedicated clinical staff to minimize administrative burdens, enabling you to focus on what truly matters—providing quality care to your patients.
