Responsibilities:
- Patient assessments and monitoring.

- Collaboration with interdisciplinary team (physicians, other nurses, etc.).
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Utilizing electronic health record systems (Cerner, Omnicell).
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Minimum two years of hospital experience in medical-surgical nursing.
- BLS and NIH certifications.
- Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- ACLS certification.
- Experience with gastrointestinal patients.
Special Considerations:
- Night shift (7 pm - 7 am) for 13 weeks.
- General medical-surgical unit specializing in gastrointestinal patients.
- Scrub color: Navy.
Scheduling:
- 7 pm to 7 am, night shift.
- 13-week assignment.
