RN/LPN | Skilled Nursing

Responsibilities:

Delivers compassionate resident care in alignment with the mission of Holland Home
Conducts assessments, administers medications, maintains the medication cart, and follows through with physician orders
Provides guidance and supervision to CNAs and other assigned staff
Assists physicians with evaluations and procedures as directed
Ensures timely completion of all necessary documentation
Establishes trusting relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support and addressing any concerns that may arise

Full-Time RN/LPN Opportunities:

2nd Shift | 2:30pm - 11pm | 64hrs per pay period

Week 1: Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri; Week 2: Sun, Mon, Thu, Fri

2nd Shift | 2:30pm - 11pm | 64hrs per pay period

Week 1: Sun, Tue, Thu, Fri; Week 2: Mon, Thu, Fri, Sat

Part-Time RN/LPN Opportunities:

1st shift | 6:30am -7pm | 24hrs per pay period

Week 1: Tue; Week 2: Thu

2nd shift | 2:30pm -11pm | 32hrs per pay period

Week 1: Sat, Sun; Week 2: Sat, Sun

2nd shift | 6:30pm -7am | 4.5hrs per pay period

Week 1: N/A; Week 2: Sun

3rd shift | 6:30pm -7am | 36hrs per pay period

Week 1: Sat; Week 2: Fri, Sat

Qualifications and Requirements:

A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required
Must be CPR certified
Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required as there is a lot of support on the units
Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
