Certified Mobile Notary Service are looking for a Remote Notary Public to work in the U.S. only.


SPECIALTY: Authentication of documents.


OVERVIEW: Verify the authenticity of signatures and documents for our clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing crucial services to our customers.


KEY DUTIES:

Verify the identity of individuals signing documents through video conferencing and other remote authentication methods.
Confirm the accuracy and completeness of documents presented for notarization.
Administer oaths and affirmations as required by law.
Ensure compliance with all applicable notary laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of notarial acts.
Communicate effectively with clients to guide them through the remote notarization process.
Stay informed about changes in notary laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.


KEY PROFILE:

MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
Active Notary Public commission in your state of residence (U.S.).
Experience in remote notarization is a plus.
Strong understanding of notary laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in video conferencing tools and document verification technologies.
High level of integrity and professionalism.


JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection, reliable computer with a camera and microphone, and a home office set-up.


PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
