Compleat KiDZ is the largest and fastest growing multi-disciplinary pediatric rehabilitation treatment organization in North Carolina. What sets us apart is our ability to provide all pediatric services under one roof and our team approach to patient care. We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA Therapy services to children birth to 18 years of age in our 18 clinics using a play-based model.
As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant with us, you will be assisting children reach their full potential and be committed to evidence-based practices. We are looking for an energetic, growth-minded Speech Language Pathologist Assistant with pediatric experience that enjoys the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of children and is creative in educating the children’s guardian/family.

*Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Requirements & Responsibilities:*
1 year of previous pediatric experience is preferred; new graduates will be considered.
Degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant from an accredited college or university.
Active North Carolina Licensure in SLPA and ASHA certification.
Pass a Background Check.
Complete treatment, consultation, and discharge planning for children in an outpatient clinic as indicated on the treatment plan development by the CCC-SLP.
Accurate documentation in EMR system.
Detailed and thorough communication with child’s healthcare providers through progress reports, phone calls, and other forms of communication.

The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. is also required.
