We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise as a System Administrator and be responsible for managing and maintaining our customers servers, computers, networks & infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting network issues, implementing security measures and ensuring optimal network performance. The System Administrator will also be responsible for assisting our customers with their day-to-day computer and networking needs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Job Duties:
  • Provide on-site technical support to contract clients.
  • Respond to escalated technical issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and provide solutions to clients.
  • Install and configure software and hardware components for clients.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients and maintain a positive relationship with them.
  • Document all issues, resolutions, and client interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure the client's needs are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher in computer technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a managed services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, as well as general networking concepts.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote desktop support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation.
