Lady Ada Chukwudozie, Chairman of the South East Chapter of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), has announced plans to empower young people through skill acquisition and modern agricultural training.
She made this known during an interview with journalists following the conferment of an honorary Doctor of Business Administration degree on her by Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Igbariam, during its convocation and 25th anniversary celebration.
Commending the university for its achievements, Lady Chukwudozie also committed to establishing a legacy project at the institution, reaffirming her dedication to advancing innovation, practical skills, and human capital development.

Speaking at the university’s convocation and 25th anniversary, where she received an honorary Doctor of Business Administration degree, Chukwudozie,who also serves as Chairman of Keystone Bank advocated for collaborative efforts focused on youth empowerment, particularly in agriculture and vocational training.
She emphasized the importance of sustainable development through productive ventures, noting that with the current state of the economy and rising inflation, increased production is essential.
The proposed initiative will focus on income-generating projects aimed at supporting underprivileged students, with programs in areas such as animal husbandry and mechanized farming. According to her, the goal is to inspire young people to see agriculture as a viable and attractive career path by introducing them to modern farming techniques.
