Chicken Caesar Salad is a classic and refreshing dish that combines crisp romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, crunchy croutons, and a rich Caesar dressing. It’s a satisfying and flavorful meal that’s easy to prepare at home.

Ingredients:

1. Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped

2. Grilled or cooked chicken breast, sliced

3. Croutons

4. Parmesan cheese, grated

5. Caesar dressing

6. Olive oil

7. Salt and pepper to taste

8. Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Romaine Lettuce:

Wash the Romaine lettuce thoroughly and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Pat it dry with a kitchen towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess water.

2. Grill the Chicken:

Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and a bit of olive oil. Grill or cook it until fully cooked, ensuring it has a nice sear on both sides. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it into thin strips.

3. Assemble the Salad:

In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss everything gently to mix.

4. Add Caesar Dressing:

Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad. Start with a smaller amount and add more to your liking. Toss the salad again, ensuring the dressing evenly coats all the ingredients.

5. Season and Garnish:

Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze fresh lemon wedges over the salad for a citrusy kick if desired.

6. Serve:

Portion the salad onto individual plates and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and croutons if desired.

7. Enjoy:

Serve the Chicken Caesar Salad immediately, and enjoy a delicious and satisfying meal.
