Job Description

Position: HVAC Sheet Metal Data Programmer

Industry: Commercial HVAC

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret HVAC blueprints and industry standards to determine fabrication requirements

Accurately enter component data into PractiCam software

Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal production teams

Ensure custom fabrication orders are processed efficiently and accurately

Support general office operations as needed

Motivated and detail-oriented professional

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and fabrication processes preferred

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC field or fabrication experience

Proficient in reading commercial HVAC blueprints and understanding SMACNA standards

Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive work ethic

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook

High school diploma or GED required

Post-secondary industry training or education preferred

Familiarity with PractiCam software is a plus

Knowledge of commercial construction and sheet metal practices is an asset

Basic understanding of construction drawings Synerfac
