Job Description

Project Overview: The purpose of this engagement is to ensure the development of effective, clear and concise product launch planning, assist with marketing scenario analysis, while building an effective campaign to build anticipation and awareness before and during product launch. Primary lead for meeting coordination and document any required follow-up actions. Provide all required admin and legal reviews as necessary. Continued support and communication to client leadership and key stakeholders as needed.

Location: East Hanover, NJ hybrid schedule (Onsite as needed)

Scope of Work:

Launch Readiness Project Management

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive launch project plan, identifying key milestones and critical path items.
• Support scenario planning and feasibility assessments related to launch pathways (e.g., standard vs. priority review).
• Consolidate and maintain a launch readiness dashboard.
• Track and consolidate cross-functional launch budgets.

IPST (Integrated Product Strategy Team) Meeting Coordination

• Assist the GM team with planning and logistics for in-person and virtual IPST meetings, including agendas, presentations, and team-building activities.
• Attend IPST meetings; capture meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-through.
• Maintain the IPST team roster and coordinate calendars in alignment with PNH/NMH schedules.
• Provide project management support for assigned initiatives, including timeline management, action tracking, vendor coordination, and documentation.
• Support ongoing connectivity and meeting cadence between the GM team and functional stakeholders.

Administrative and Process Support

• Assist with procurement and contracting processes as needed.
• Support MLR and legal review processes, particularly for leadership and update materials.

Core Competencies and Vendor expectations:

• Proven project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with the launch framework and U.S. commercial operating model.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional stakeholder dynamics and their implications on project delivery.
