The National Agricultural Lands Development Authority (NALDA) and the Nigeria Police Trust Fund (NPTF) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishing a strategic partnership to enhance security across NALDA’s Mega Farm Estates nationwide.
Speaking during the signing ceremony, the Executive Secretary/Chief Executive Officer of NALDA, Mr. Cornelius Adebayo, said the collaboration will not only protect agro-investments by providing security facilities in the mega farm estates, but also create opportunities for police officers and their families.
“With over 10,000 hectares of Mega Farm Estates, this initiative is set to boost agricultural development, whilst ensuring safety and empowerment.
“This partnership is a game-changer for Nigeria’s agricultural landscape—where security meets sustainability, and empowerment fuels progress. Together, we are building a future where agribusiness thrives, communities prosper, and investments are safeguarded. The journey has just begun,” the NALDA Boss added.
