The National Roots Crops Research Institute (NRCRI) Umudike has released a notice to celebrate its 100 years anniversary.
The research institute, which recently trained 250 communities in agricultural business technologies and tips of success in April, revealed this development in a social media post where it stated that the event will be held between 7-9, November, 2023.
The National Roots Crops Research Institute, Umudike, being an institute which is aimed at providing the necessary environment for the production, processing and marketing of value-added products, has substantially contributed to the National Food Security and sufficiency of Nigeria through research and extension activities on root and tuber crops.
